Our repair and return facilities maintain a stockroom of common repair parts to reduce repair time, and are staffed with certified technicians and support personnel. Harris repair facilities are ISO 9001:2008 and Underwriter's Lab (UL) Certified. Once a repaired part is received, the local technician will work with the customer to arrange a time to return the equipment to the applicable location.
Public safety is a 24/7/365 concern. Reliable, mission-critical communications must be available when needed. Harris’ Network Monitoring service provides real-time system monitoring, diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure quick identification of an existing or potential network issue, as well as a rapid response to correct the issue—all resulting in reduced system downtime and minimal impact on system users.
